Nextstep is a free, face-to-face service, offering advice on learning and careers for adults.

Whether you want to change jobs or learn something new and broaden your skills, you can talk in confidence to your own nextstep adviser, and plan your next move. Your adviser will have access to information and opportunities which can help you either get into work, perform better in your job, or get more satisfaction from your career.

Just about everyone needs help with learning, skills and work at some point in their lives.
nextstep offers information and advice to help you make decisions about your future by linking your personal interests and skills to a job or career and identifying the skills you may need. nextstep can also help you:
